IVR mode

The operator redirects the call to the voice payment server. The contact is then guided by an IVR through the various stages of entering their bank details using the keys on their telephone. The operator monitors the progress of the payment process and can resume the call at any time.

Assistance mode

The operator integrates the payment terminal into the call, and initiates the various stages of entering bank details from the interface. The customer then carries out the transaction in complete confidentiality, guided by the operator who can observe the encrypted details on their interface.

Confidentiality

Your contacts may be reluctant to give out their bank details over the phone. Regardless of the input method chosen, no bank details are displayed to the call centre operator. Putting your contacts at ease when it comes to paying has never been easier.
