During a telephone conversation, at the moment of requesting a payment, the advisor secures the telephone line. Our Voxpay Assist solution will intercept and collect sensitive credit card data, whether entered using the telephone keypad or even spoken by the end customer, without the advisor hearing or seeing the sensitive data. Once collected, the credit card details are automatically sent to your bank or PSP for processing. Communication between the advisor and the end customer is never interrupted, even during the phase when the end customer is entering their bank details. In this way, the advisor and the end customer can continue to communicate and the advisor can guide the customer through the payment process using the Voxpay Assist supervision console.

Voxpay Digital consists of sending payment requests in the form of hypertext links (HTTPS internet links). This payment link can be sent by SMS, email, WhatsApp or any social network messaging service. This link can also be generated as a QR Code. Once the link has been received by the end customer, they can click on it and be redirected to a payment page hosted by Voxpay. All the messages sent by the Voxpay platform (SMS, Email, WhatsApp, etc.), as well as the payment interface where customers enter their bank details, are fully customisable (Colours, Images, Text, etc.).

The special feature of Voxpay payment links is the support the seller/advisor can offer the end customer when the payment link is used remotely. Thanks to the Voxpay supervision console, the seller can see in real time all the events generated by the end customer (receipt of the SMS, opening of the payment page, PAN, cvv, expiry date entry step, etc.).

Voxpay can be used without a website. You can trigger payment requests directly via your Voxpay interface.

Your customers will receive a text message, email, phone call or WhatsApp message containing a payment link to pay for their order.
