During a telephone conversation, at the moment of requesting a payment, the advisor secures the telephone line. Our Voxpay Assist solution will intercept and collect sensitive credit card data, whether entered using the telephone keypad or even spoken by the end customer, without the advisor hearing or seeing the sensitive data. Once collected, the credit card details are automatically sent to your bank or PSP for processing. Communication between the advisor and the end customer is never interrupted, even during the phase when the end customer is entering their bank details. In this way, the advisor and the end customer can continue to communicate and the advisor can guide the customer through the payment process using the Voxpay Assist supervision console.

Voxpay Digital consists of sending payment requests in the form of hypertext links (HTTPS internet links). This payment link can be sent by SMS, email, WhatsApp or any social network messaging service. This link can also be generated as a QR Code. Once the link has been received by the end customer, they can click on it and be redirected to a payment page hosted by Voxpay. All the messages sent by the Voxpay platform (SMS, Email, WhatsApp, etc.), as well as the payment interface where customers enter their bank details, are fully customisable (Colours, Images, Text, etc.).

The special feature of Voxpay payment links is the support the seller/advisor can offer the end customer when the payment link is used remotely. Thanks to the Voxpay supervision console, the seller can see in real time all the events generated by the end customer (receipt of the SMS, opening of the payment page, PAN, cvv, expiry date entry step, etc.).

Voxpay can be used without a website. You can trigger payment requests directly via your Voxpay interface.

Your customers will receive a text message, email, phone call or WhatsApp message containing a payment link to pay for their order.

This is very practical, as it allows you to set up secure payments following an order by e-mail, telephone or instant messaging. So you can start your business straight away.

No application is needed for your customers.

When paying by Voxpay Assist or Voxpay Selfcare, all your customer needs to do is enter their bank details on the telephone keypad, even if it is a landline.

When the payment request is made via a payment link, all your customer needs is a smartphone with a browser to make the payment.

Simple and practical, your customers don't have to install any applications or sign up for any services.

With Voxpay Business, your Voxpay account is connected directly to your bank or PSP. Voxpay is now directly connected to more than 60 banks in the market. Your bank or PSP will pay you the amounts collected by Voxpay according to your current terms and conditions. In this case, Voxpay will be an acceptance solution.

If you choose the Voxpay Essential solution, Voxpay will collect the funds linked to your transactions and transfer them to your bank account at regular intervals. You don't need a PSP for the Essential offer; Voxpay will acquire your payments.

If you opt for Voxpay Business, you will be charged a fixed cost per transaction and/or a subscription based on the number of users of the solution.

If you opt for Voxpay Essential, you will be charged a commission per transaction on the transferred funds, depending on the card scheme and country of origin.

You can use Voxpay Assist. You can give your telephone contacts confidence by offering a payment solution that is more secure for your customer because they do not give their bank details verbally, and more secure for you because the payment process is PCI-DSS certified.

By using the Voxpay solution, which has the highest level of PCI-DSS certification, you are PCI-DSS compliant. If your goal is to be certified by an accredited body, you will drastically reduce your scope for certification. With Voxpay, you can be sure that no bank details will be seen or heard by your advisers or transit in your information systems.

Yes, if you subscribe to the Voxpay Essential package, Voxpay will take care of collecting the amounts and paying you the funds on a regular basis.

All of Voxpay is available in full API in REST/JSON format. To automate requests via Voxpay, it is therefore very easy to integrate Voxpay with any CRM on the market or proprietary CRM to retrieve the data needed to initiate a payment. By using the Voxpay API, your users no longer have to connect to the Voxpay back office, which eliminates any errors associated with a manual process.

Genesys Cloud or Avaya Cloud are cloud-based telephony systems and contact centre solutions. Voxpay integrates perfectly with these tools, but requires specific configuration.

To use Voxpay Assist, you need to carry out an integration with your call centre's telephone operator or your call centre so that Voxpay can take control at the time of payment and secure the telephone call. Voxpay offers several telecom integration scenarios to suit your current environment.

To date, Voxpay Assist has been integrated as standard into Orange Business, Manifone, Via Dialog, Axialys, Aircall and Komeo. Other integrations with telephone operators have been carried out on a case-by-case basis: Verizon, SFR, etc.

The use of Voxpay Digital does not require any integration with the telephone operator and can therefore be used in Plug&Play mode.

Voxpay is also an ARCEP-registered telephone operator. To use Voxpay Assist, you can use Voxpay as a telephone operator and therefore port your current telephone numbers to Voxpay. Incoming and outgoing calls will be routed via Voxpay.

Voxpay can be integrated with your current telephone operator without changing the infrastructure. Depending on your current environment, an integration scenario will be proposed to you. 

Yes, Voxpay is available in twenty languages for your end customers.

If you opt for the Business package, Voxpay is also available in multi-currency.

For the Essential package, payments are made in euros only, regardless of your customer's country of origin.

Yes, definitely. You can copy and paste the generated payment link onto your social networks or share the link with the Voxpay mobile application.

Yes! Elle est disponible sur Apple et Android. This application lets you generate payment links, present them as QR codes, send them by SMS, email, etc. or share them on your favourite messaging services. The Android application also offers contactless proximity payment.

You have 3 options with the Voxpay solution:

• cash the deposit immediately and refund part or all of it later

• make an authorisation request only; the money will be blocked on your customer's account but not debited. You can deduct this amount from your customer's account at a later date if necessary.

• take an imprint of the credit card and, if necessary, collect an amount at a later date

All payments made with Voxpay are secure. Voxpay holds PCI-DSS 3.2 level 1 certification and is already PCI-DSS V4 ready. This is the most demanding standard in terms of security for the transfer of banking data. 

Voxpay is a certified payment solution that complies with all banking system requirements.

Payment is made via a secure https interface. Your customer data are end-to-end encrypted.

Furthermore, Voxpay complies with the GDPR.

If you are not compliant with PCI security standards and collect credit card information, you could be audited, fined, or lose your ability to accept credit card payments. Card schemes like Visa or Mastercard and acquiring banks are becoming more and more careful at a time when fraud is prevalent.

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a standard of data security which applies to the different players in the electronic payment chain.

The PCI DSS standard is established by the five major card networks (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and JCB) and is managed by the PCI Security Standards Council (an open international forum for the improvement, dissemination and implementation of security standards for the protection of account data). This standard was created to increase control of cardholder information with the aim of reducing thefraudulent use of payment instruments.
